THE NEED IS URGENT
Recent immigration changes have created extraordinary uncertainty for Haitian families and other immigrant communities.
Haiti's Temporary Protected Status designation was terminated effective July 27, 2026. Changes affecting humanitarian parole have also created uncertainty for many Haitian families.
People are contacting us with questions about employment, immigration documents, pending cases, government notices, applications, deadlines, and what steps may be available to them.
Some families are experiencing significant financial hardship. Others struggle with English or technology and have difficulty navigating online government systems on their own.
Families are calling for help understanding paperwork, locating reliable government information, organizing documents, obtaining translations, preparing administrative forms, and communicating with government agencies.
YOUR SUPPORT CREATES CAPACITY
This campaign is not simply about opening an office. The office, staff, equipment, technology, and resources are tools that will allow us to help more people.
Reduced-Cost Assistance
Build a hardship assistance fund so qualifying individuals and families experiencing financial difficulty can receive reduced-cost administrative support.
Community Office
Establish a modest and welcoming location where people who struggle with virtual services, document transmission, or technology can receive in-person assistance.
Additional Staff
Add administrative support so more calls can be answered, documents can be processed efficiently, and more families can receive timely assistance.
Equipment & Technology
Purchase computers, scanners, printers, document-processing tools, and secure administrative technology needed to serve families efficiently.
Translation & Education
Expand English and Haitian Creole translations, educational materials, practical guides, and other community resources.
Community Outreach
Provide workshops, outreach, and reliable resources that help families better understand administrative processes and available services.
IMMIGRANT FAMILIES FROM ALL BACKGROUNDS
The current situation facing Haitian immigrants is one major reason the demand for assistance has become so overwhelming. However, our mission is broader. Almajor Services assists immigrant families from many different backgrounds within the scope of the administrative services we provide.
WE DIDN'T START BECAUSE WE HAD FUNDING.
WE STARTED BECAUSE PEOPLE NEEDED HELP.
My name is Allan Almajor, founder of Almajor Services, LLC. My own immigration journey helped shape this mission.
Around 2008, I began helping friends, relatives, church members, and other members of the community with immigration-related administrative paperwork.
Many could not afford professional assistance. Some struggled with English. Others simply did not know where to begin. So we helped.
For years, much of that assistance was provided completely free of charge.
We have helped individuals with citizenship applications, work authorization applications, asylum-related administrative preparation, translations, document organization, appointments, gathering records, and communication with government agencies.
Sometimes helping someone means spending hours organizing paperwork. Sometimes it means helping someone understand a government notice. Sometimes it means assisting someone with a telephone call because they struggle with English. Sometimes it means helping someone gather documents from another country.
Today, the demand is greater than what one working family can sustainably carry alone.
This fundraiser is about building the capacity to continue serving with compassion, dignity, and care.

We want supporters to understand how campaign resources are intended to strengthen our ability to serve.
Actual allocations may change as real expenses and community needs develop. We intend to use campaign funds responsibly toward the purposes described here.

As a Christian family, serving others is part of how we understand our responsibility to our neighbors.
We may not be able to solve every problem. But within our role, we can listen, organize, educate, translate, provide administrative support, and help people connect with appropriate resources.
We've already been doing the work.
